I nearly tried everything to get the low hum from my sub to go away. I tried all the grounding tricks I know and even a power cleaner before the radio. Figured it was the amp at first but after testing it wasn't. Low and behold it works. No hum at all from the sub. More expensive that other "Silencers" but Monster is a good quality product that I use for audio in and out the house, so to me it's worth it. They always back their products.
